3. Account Registration

6. Payment Terms

For paid services, you agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees.

Pricing

• All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Current subscribers will be notified of price changes via email
• New prices apply from the next billing cycle after notification

Payment Methods

• We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer (Morocco), and Binance (USDT)
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refund Policy

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy
• 7-day free trial allows you to test the Service before committing to payment
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment

7. Subscription & Billing

Subscription Plans

AutoJourneyAI offers the following subscription plans:

• Free Trial: 7-day access to all app features
• Premium APP: Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual subscription with full app access
• Midjourney API: Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual subscription for API access

Billing Cycle

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Billing occurs on the same day each period (monthly, quarterly, etc.)
• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the renewal date
• You will receive an email reminder before each billing cycle

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access until the end of the paid period
• No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AutoJourneyAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our Rights

• All software, algorithms, designs, logos, and branding are our exclusive property
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without written permission

Your Rights

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service
• You retain ownership of content you create using our Service
• Content generated through AI models may be subject to third-party terms (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic)
• Images generated through Midjourney API follow Midjourney's usage terms

9. User Content

You retain all rights to content you create or upload through AutoJourneyAI. However, by using our Service, you grant us certain licenses:

License to Us

• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content solely for providing and improving our Service
• This includes hosting, storing, processing, and displaying your content

Your Responsibilities

10. Service Availability

Service Limitations

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or unavailability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoJourneyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Content generated by AI models or third-party services

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Warranties & Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We Disclaim All Warranties Including:

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated through AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney) may contain inaccuracies, errors, or inappropriate content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use. We make no warranties about the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoJourneyAI, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Content you create, upload, or publish through the Service

14. Termination

Termination by You

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent activity or payment issues
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Technical or security reasons

Effects of Termination

• Your right to access the Service will immediately cease
